Kay's Spaghetti and Lasagna Sauce

This is really good, and it makes a lot! A 3qt pot is not quite big enough.

Chicken Enchiladas I

Very flavorful and relatively healthy. I used plain yogurt because I didn't have sour cream. I like the recipe because it doesn't use canned soup.
