Skillet Lamb Chops
I made this in an iron skillet, I think that always makes things taste better! After browning then cooking for 15 min, the lamb chops were tender.
I added milk, butter, a little soy sauce, a little red wine vingrette, and then some corn starch to make a nice gravy. This makes the dish like something gourmet you'd find in a restaurant and it was very easy!
My husband was all over this. He wanted more! We will make this often! Thanks for the recipe!
