Im 17. I work for one of the Biggest Caterers in South west GA. & I love cooking, I love reading & writing. I am a Writer but Im pursuing a career in the culinary arts. I love to cook just about anything, especially if I've never cooked it before. I made Timbalo one time & it turned out awesome! But I consider every time I cook & it turns out good to be a triumph! I tried to make a pound cake one time, lets just say it didn't turn out so well. I have since tried again & accomplished the task but I will never forget that one pound cake..... nor the mess I had to clean up afterward.
