Broccoli Cheese Soup III
This was really good, however we found it a little on the salty side. I substituted veggie broth for the chicken broth and I will definitely go for the low sodium version next time. Otherwise it was really tasty!

Oatmeal Banana Nut Bread
Mmmm! This is a great recipe! The only thing I changed was I added a couple Tbsps of honey, and subbed 1/4 of the sugar for brown sugar. I also added some cinnamon and nutmeg and used one additional banana. This is such a nice moist loaf! It rose very high as well. I used porridge oats which have a few different varieties of oats, as well as flax in it, and I did as some of the previous people mentioned and sprinkled some of the oats on top! Mmmm! Will definitely make this again.

Coconut Cream Pie IV
I feel like Randy Jackson, but it was 'just ok' for me. I don't know what it was about it though. It was a little too sweet for me, which is strange because I really like sweet! I guess the problem was that I had something in mind that I wanted and sadly this wasn't it. I don't think I'll make it again.
