Chicken Satay with Homemade Peanut Sauce
As I was making this for kids, I backed off the shallots some (4 seemed a lot) and upped the brown sugar just a little in the sauce, and it was great. Stir fry some veggies and noodles, and the leftover sauce will work great for that too.
