Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
I used all chicken broth, no water; added black beans & some rice. I put the chicken breasts in the crock-pot frozen and shredded before serving. Also, I don't brush my tortillas with oil, just bake them. Garnished with cilantro, chips & sour cream. YUMMY!! This was a wonderful, easy soup!!
