Classic Texas Caviar
I love this recipe! I make a double batch everytime. I do like to add a little bit more heat with an extra two serrano peppers and one or two more jalapenos. I also like to add a few fresh tomatos! Make sure you drain the fine diced tomatos really well and rinse and drain the peas.

Sweet Honey French Bread
I made dinner rolls with this recipe! Very light and tasty. I also added some ground flax seed for the nutritional value.

French Baguettes
I was given many compliments on this bread. I doubled the recipe, used one cup whole wheat flour instead of bread flour, and rubbed the tops with butter when they first came out of the oven instead of using egg. I would recommend doubling the recipe and making only two loaves or making one loaf from the recipe. The loaves tend to be very small if you don't.
