Sausage Macaroni Bake
This was good. I used whole wheat penne, 2 links of mild italian sausage, 2 links of sweet italian sausage, and more parm cheese than mozz (I ran out). I added mushrooms, which was really good. I added all the spices suggested but did it to taste. I will make this again since I usually have all the ingredients on hand.

Pumpkin Roll II
My first pumpkin roll ever and it was a hit! I followed the recipe exactly the first time, then the second time decided I wanted more filling so I doubled the filling recipe.

Better Cheddar Chicken
I make this all the time! I usually have everything on hand and if not, there are easy substitutions. LOVE IT!
