Lemon Raspberry White Chocolate Mousse Cake
This was sooo good!! I did have a little difficulty with the icing, but read another reviewer who added pudding mix to the icing. I did that and it firmed up wonderfully! I was able to pipe the icing out and it made a beautiful cake!

Creamy Pesto Shrimp
This was very good. I think that I would increase the pesto to 2/3 cup next time. I had a hard time getting mine to thicken up so I will also add more Parmesan cheese. Other than that it was great!!
