I am a widow of 3 years with three grown boys, two daughter in laws and one beautiful grandaughter. They are an amazing part of my life. They love most everything that I cook (at least they better)and my daughter in laws now have copies of most of my family receipes. I try to be creative when I can, but my quick and bulk receipes were a must when they were growing up... Italian, Mexican, Crock Pot, okay just food in general... The homemade Strawberry rubarb pie that I tried to make when I was younger, with the lattice work on the crust.. It looked so beautiful, until I took a bite (thank goodness I did that before anyone else did) I forgot the sugar... It was heartbreaking.. Haven't been able to make another since then..
