*DROOL* Some of the best cookies ever. I made them with devil's food cake mix that I had laying around, and WOW. They came out pretty cake-y at first, which wasn't that amazing, but when they cooled they collapsed into dense fudge-y deliciousness. Before baking I pressed one chocolate chip in the center of the balls. That just made the cookie. I even put a mini marshmallow on some of them. YUM. I'm going to start keeping cake mix on hand just in case I want some quick cookies!!

I made this recipe as posted, except I excluded the nuts (allergies) and I substituted white chocolate chips for the semi-sweet. YUM! I'm thinking I might add more chocolate next time, like other users did, just to see if they endup a little more cupcake-y.

I must have done something wrong, the only thing I changed was using a store-bought crust instead of making my own, and I didn't put the whipped cream on top. It came out grainy and the crust got soggy by the time it set, because the cheese separated after it was mixed... It tasted pretty good, but the texture was pretty bad. I'll try it again and see what's up, though.
