Garlic Chicken Stir Fry
Great flavor! I changed the veggies to suit what I had in the fridge, but the main portions of the meal are what matters. This is a great garlic sauce for asian food. Well done!

Caramel Frosting I
This was great! I used this to top the guest cakes at my daughter's first birthday party and it was a hit. It is VERY rich though, so I think the amount used on the picture is a bit much. One batch for me iced 2 9" round cakes with plenty left over. Yum!!

Hasenpfeffer (Rabbit Stew)
This was fantastic! I made it for Easter dinner and my family was very pleased. I didn't have enough "cooking juices" to make the gravy, which was unfortunate. I'm not quite sure why, but regardless... Thank you for a fabulous recipe!
