I love cooking and entertaining. My passion in cooking stems from being creative and versatile in the kitchen. I believe necessity is the mother of invention. And I have created some great recipes from near bare shelves in my pantry. Anything that makes my guests ask for seconds or the recipe. Anything that doesnt come in a box or a can if possible. Fresh is best and free of preservatives and harmful chemicals. People rave about and request my mexican chicken along with my quiche, easy crab dip, spinach artichoke dip, spaghetti squash dip and an unusual mock pineapple cheesecake dip I serve with graham crackers. Everything has been edible so far :)
