Yummy! I wouldn't change a thing! It was a hit both times that I made it.

It maybe is just us but I made this recipe for my 6 year old because he had come Pumpkin muffins at school - he did not care for them at all so I had a bite thinking he was being picky. They were too bland and not being a cook I am not sure what you could do to spice them up except maybe more spice.
