Sweet Potato Casserole IV
To save reading reviews: cut sugar in the potato mixture down. The sweet, rich topping is perfect. My tweak--boiling potatos in OJ and using it as the liquid (instead of milk). Yummy!!!

Turkey with Apple Stuffing
I'm a stuffing lover and this was great. I ommited the raisins and added 3/4 lb mild italian sausage (already cooked). I used less almonds. Did not dry out on me, but I cook my stuffing inside or piled deep to prevent this--covering with foil.

Lemony Corn Muffins
Moist, slightly sweet, better than any other corn muffins or cornbread. They are great without butter and even better the next day--but you better hide them or you'll never find out.
