Jelly Cookies
It all depends on your preserves. I used a homemade raspberry preserve and they were the most delicious cookies I have ever made

Tres Leches (Milk Cake)
Delicious cake. The whipped cream topping holds up very well for a few days in the fridge. This cake rivals the best ones I've had in south/central america. I substitute a half cup of whipping cream for the milk

Raspberry Banana Bread
Best Bananna bread I have ever eaten...by a long shot. I substituted half the sugar for splenda and it was delicous.
