My husband and I just got married in July 2007. I figured it's time I learn how to cook. We pretty much live off of boxed meals and frozen meals. I'm in the process of changing that situation! haha

Seven Layer Taco Dip
I made this for a Super Bowl party last week and I LOVED it, I added spicy sausage instead of ground meat simply because I thought it would taste better. I would have given it 5 stars, but my husband said it was just "ok".

Banana Oatmeal Cookie
This is a pretty good recipe. I used 2 bananas (which turned out to be a cup), but next time will use at least one more. I also added a half cup of chocolate chips.
