I could never cook! I was raised with foods being bland..thats how mom was, gma was..and down the line. Over the years I have learned what spices are, and have tried many different recipes tweaking them to my tastes...and now everyone says I'm a really good cook! I like to cook a very wide variety of things. One day we might be having Chinese...the next, Greek..the next, mexican. We try recipes from foods from all over. There is nothing that we won't try! I cook entirely different from my family. Starting my own traditions ;) Its always a triumph when I am asked to make something again!
