I am a busy mother of 3. Work full time and a single mother. Love animals. I love baking of any sorts. Love to make home made bread, desserts, pastry, not the greatest cookie maker. I make the pumpkin pies every year for Thanksgiving. I used to be a cook in a nursing home where I got to apply new twists to recipes and try them on the residents. I was so good at the desserts it became my job to make them all. I made lemon bars from scratch, wish I still had that recipe!! They were good. I learned how to make bread when I was in elementary school from a lady down the street ( my dad raised me)so she taught me how to bake, and have loved it ever since. I would go home and make home made bread for my father, I was probably 5th or 6th grade. I thank her for my love of baking. When I was younger I was making pumpkin pie. One of my specialties. I forgot to add the condensed milk to it and wandered why it looked weird!! lol ! Don't know to this day how I did that!
