Spinach Quiche
This is an awesome dish. I took it to work for a potluck and had to pass out the recipe to other people because they loved it. I did like other recommendations and used 2 pie crust, baked the crust for a few minutes so that it wouldn't be soggy. This was so easy to make, I thought quiche was more complicated.

Hearty Vegetable Lasagna
LOVED IT!!!! I did use the spinach in the ricotta mixture like other viewers suggested. Another thing that I did was to season my veggies with a little salt and pepper, otherwise I think the recipe would have been a little bland. Thank you Sue.

Almond Green Beans
maybe it's just me, but these beans were not that great. I follower the recipe and they were still very bland. I had to add salt/pepper at the table.
