Slow Cooker Apple Butter
I thought the butter turned out really good. BUT! I only used 1/2 cup of brown sugar, and NO white sugar at all. I also used a natuarlly sweet apple- Matsu. I also left the lid off the slow cooker the last 2 1/2 hours of cooking, so it would thicken more. I just finished making it yesterday, it usually gets better when it sits for a week or 2(I canned it.)

Apple Cole Slaw
I gotta say, I am not a big cole slaw fan. BUT! This is really good! I did change a few things. On the apples I grated half and chopped half of each apple. Thought it would be too chunky. And I did not have any lemons in, so used a splash of apple cider vinegar. This was really good! I also used the last fresh cabbage out of garden, which does not hurt! ;)

Concord Grape Jelly
I just picked all the grapes off my grape vine, and made juice from all them. Then made batches of jelly using 3 to 4 cups of juice. You can cut the sugar down. Be sure to buy the pectin for low/no sugar recipes!
