Juicy Roasted Chicken
Please try this recipe. This is the best chicken recipe I have ever had. It is so flavorful, moist and juicy. I would absolutely make this again and again.

Acorn Squash Slices
I have tried squash every which way and I do not like it....Until now. Oh my goodness, this recipe is wonderful. I would not change a thing. I love the way it is cut, I am all about presentation.

Chicken Enchiladas IV
Great recipe, my family loved it. The only thing that I changed was the salsa, I used Enchilada sauce. I also put about a half cup in the meat mixture. A great way to heat up the corn tortillas is to put about 6 in between two damp papertowels and microwave for about 40 seconds.
