Pina Colada Cake II
Made this recipe for our Christmas cake.
It was wonderful. I put a layer of crushed pineapple on top before frosting it. I also used the heavy whipping cream and topped with toasted coconut and cherries. Yep, that's my cake pic on the recipe. :o) We call it Hundred Dollar Cake around here, it was that good. I can't wait to make different variations of it for other occasions. It is MWAH!!
