Peach Coffee Cake II
Like everyone else, I made it with a few changes.....yogurt instead of sour cream (that's what I had on hand), brown sugar in the topping instead of white. The cake was moist and delicious. Next time, I'll try it with the sour cream and will definitely double the topping. What a wonderful cake. Will defniitely make it again!

Rhubarb Bounce
I had to cook the dessert longer, but the bottom did come out with a carmelized bottom. Absolutely delicious!Will definitely make this one again.

Grilled Salmon I
Delicious! I reduced the marinade and served with the salmon on the side. Instead of lemon pepper, I used fresh ground pepper and lemon slices. I wrapped in foil to save my grill. Will make again.
