Lemon Dijon Wings

This one was okay, it did not have the lemony burst of flavor I am looking for. This one was also very easy and quick to prepare. Will do again, just not soon.

This recipe was good. I had to decrease the ingredients by half. Quick and easy to prepare, toasted garlic french roll compliments this recipe well. Served over white rice, will try pasta the next time around.

Cabbage on the Grill

This was the same as my steamed cabbage, minus the butter. I use bacon grease for the flavor. The butter was good and I cut the cooking time down due to I like the crisp in the cabbage. Overall It is a good easy and quick recipe that I will try again.

Mom's Chicken Cacciatore

This was a very easy recipe to follow. I used chicken breasts marinated in a tomato base sauce and chicken broth instead of wine. Delicious, even better the next day as left overs.
