Linda's Awesome Brownies
I made these at the last minute before my sister came to visit. I didn't have unsweetened choc. so I used semi-sweet and scant cups of sugar. My sister (a brownie lover) raved about them claiming they were the best brownie she ever tasted!!!!!!!! I thought they were a little sweet, so I would probably cut the sugar a little more when using semi-sweet. Still...an AWESOME brownie!! (I used 9x13 pan and they came out about 1/2-3/4 inch think. SUPER!

Watermelon and Strawberry Lemonade
This is REALLY good! I used a seedless watermelon and a scant cup of sugar since my strawberries were not the sweetest. I blended until smooth and see no reason for a strainer. It tastes better as it sits -- the watermelon flavor really comes alive. I'm going to try it this evening with my Bunco Babes and add a little Vodka as suggested by another review. :0)

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce
I made this for company tonight for the very first time. Oh my goodness, it was delicious. The positive ratings this recipe has received are all well deserved. Everyone raved about the chicken, and it was SO easy!!! Shh! Don't tell anyone!
