Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder
We really loved this. I used frozen red potat cubes, perppered country gravy mix, and 2 cups of shredded cheddar/pepper jack. It was absolutely delicious.

Tomato Chicken Parmesan
this was excellent. my husband and i both loved it. it would be better to either flatten the chicken a bit, or sautee it a lot lower heat just to brown the coating and then bake a little longer. we used pepper jack instead of monterey jack and loved the little kick. will definitely make again soon.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
we really loved this. neither of us could get enough. used 2 cans of black beans instead of the one chili beans. other than that, made as written. it was really delicious and easy and will definitely be made again and again.
