I can't stand pork most of the time and I LIKE this recipe! I think it all depends on the teriyaki sauce you use. I used Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste and Glaze and fresh pineapple juice, since that's what I had on hand. I also served it on wheat King's Hawaiian rolls....YUMMY!
