I have been married to a wonderful man for 25 years. He has sampled the best and the worst of my cooking. Professionally I am a nurse and currently do clinical trials. I come from a family of fabulous cooks so I couldn't stop the tradition. I love entering cooking contests. Although I have just completed this profile, I have been using this wonderful site for years. I am not sure I have favorites. I try all different types of recipes. I do enjoy trying different Grill recipes and living in Florida I can experment all year. I love the tradition of special holiday meals. I like to combine the tried and true with new recipes. My triumphs would be the meals my family and friends love. Lemon bar cookies that I made this past Christmas. I never saw a cookie look so ugly. You would think I would be able to make something so simple.
