Banana Cream Pie I
Great pie! I used 2/3 cup sugar instead of 3/4 cup and 1/3 cup cornstarch instead of flour; that really thickens it up. I used skim milk with no problems. To avoid getting a skin on the pudding, top the whole pie with cool whip or whipped cream when the pudding has cooled a bit.

Fruity Couscous Salad
This was a great recipe, but it got even better with a few modifications. I added a dash of coriander and a dusting of cinnamon, which really added to the dish. Next time, I think I'll use less scallions (green onions) and add a sauce of sorts, since this is kind of dry.

Buffalo Chicken Dip
Delicious! I used Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce and Light Buttermilk Ranch Dressing. Everyone approved.
