Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

The dough came out well, but it was too thick. Our pizza came out really doughy especially in the center underneath the toppings. I think next time I will put the dough in the oven for a few minutes first and then top the pizza.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I just made this last night and it was pretty easy. The dough was a little sticky when rolling it out, but nothing a little flour couldn't fix.

Marshmallow Fondant

I am a complete novice when it comes to baking and cooking. I can bake the usual muffins and cookies, but fondant is something I thought was WAY out of my league until I came across this recipe. This recipe was easy but there were a few things that I will do differently next time. I didn't need all that butter that is listed in the ingredient list. Also, When rolling out the fondant, i found it better to not make it so thin so that it has the smooth look to it when it is on the cake. Other than that, this recipe was great. I will definitely be using this recipe again!!

Pudding Filled Cream Puffs

I love desserts and I love cream puffs. This recipe was easy to make, even for a novice like myself. The only thing was that the filling came out extremely thick and I was unable to pipe the filling into the puffs. Next time I'll try 1 cup heavy cream and 2 cups milk.

Chocolate Chip Banana Banana Muffins

I originally made this recipe because I felt that it took too long for the bread to bake. So I decided to add some chocolate chips and turn them into muffins. I am not a experience baker by any means, but my friends all think I am after they try one of my chocolate chip banana muffins! :)

Dol Sot Bi Bim Bap

Banana Banana Bread

I'm not a big fan of banana bread, but I had to do something with all of my bananas. I followed the directions exactly and the bread came out perfectly. Nice and moist. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

Cake Balls

This recipe was good, but I used half of the frosting and thought it was too much frosting. Next time i'll try 1/3 of the frosting noted on the recipe. Also it was hard to get a clean coat of chocolate over the cake balls.
