Made this for New Years and it was a hit! I added a few more drops of hot sauce cuz we like a little kick. I may add diced jalapenos or green chiles next time as well. I will definitely be making this again, it was a bunch of cheesy goodness!!! :)

Kielbasa and Potato Bake

This was very filling. I used cheddar cheese soup instead of cream of mushroom since we don't like the taste. I also used red potatoes because I was out of russet. Because the potatoes were smaller I only had to bake for about 70 minutes. Next time I won't put as much milk in. Seemed a little watery. Thanks Geneva!

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

This was delicious. I couldn't believe the taste with so few ingredients. We made this for Christmas lunch with some hawaiian bread rolls and a tropical fruit salad. I will be making this again!

Princess Jenna's Meatballs

Delicious!!! Thank you PrincessJenna for the recipe and Happywife05 for posting it! I baked my meatballs since I didn't have the time to cook them in sauce. They came out fantastic! I made about 10 big meat balls and my BF demolished them. I will be making this again.

Holiday Peppermint Bark

Pecan Pie Bars I

Double Decker Tacos

These were very good and fun to make! A different twist to our taco night. I did not make the gaucamole because the avocados at the store were very hard! Aside from that, the recipe turned out great. I will be making this again!

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce

All I can say is WOW! I made this for my mom's birthday and we LOVED the sauce. I omitted the mushrooms due to personal preference and I made a side of chicken for the non shrimp eaters. Fantastic! I will be making this again and again.

Mozzarella Puffs

These were fun and delicious! Using one whole biscuit seemed a bit much for one puff, so I tore them in half and they came out perfect! Also, instead of cooking the biscuits with the sauce I used it for dipping instead. I will be making these again!

Busy Day Barbeque Brisket

I made this recipe as is and it was delicious. I used KC Masterpiece Original BBQ sauce. I shredded the beef and made sandwiches with Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes from this site as a side. I will be making this again.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Delicious!!! I love how thick and peanut buttery they are. I doubled the recipe and baked the cookies for 10 min instead of 8....they still seemed a little gooey at 8 min. I will be making these again. So quick and easy!

Tasty Buns

These were really good. They came out a little dense for me, I'm not sure if maybe I should have let the dough sit for a little bit longer. Per other reviews I only put an 1/8 cup of sugar in the mix and they came out wonderful. My BF ate them with burgers and I dipped them in the Delicious Ham and Potato Cheese Soup recipe from this site. I will be making these again!

Savory Garlic Marinated Steaks

This was delicious!!! I needed a recipe for a last minute BBQ and while I only got to marinate the steaks for 4 hours it was worth it. I poked holes in my steak with a fork so it would soak up the juices better. Next time I'll be more prepared and marinate this longer. YUM!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

WOW!! I wanted a little something different than a regular pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving and I was very happy I chose this recipe. We let is set over night and couldn't get enough for dessert the next day! I will be making this again. :)

Graham Cracker Crust I

This crust is delicious! I added the cinnamon to the mix and will never buy store bought crust again. So easy and quick! I made the Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake from this site to go on the crust. Amazing!!!!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

This recipe was wonderful! The only change I made was using beef stock instead of water. Its my BF's new favorite sandwich. We used the sauce for dipping and all we can say is YUM! I will definitely be making it again.

Cornbread Muffins I

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

DELICIOUS! I followed some of the other reviews and shredded my chicken. I also used ranch dressing since we don't like blue cheese. We had some friends over for dinner and they said this is the best pizza they've ever had. From now on we're making our own!!! I'm definitely making this again.

Beef Bourguignon II

This recipe was delicious! I left out the canned mushrooms and onions due to personal preference but that was the only change I made. The meat was so tender and I loved the red wine sauce. We served over mashed potatoes. I will be making this again! Thank you.
