About this Cook
My cooking triumphs
A really easy turkey recipe at Thanksgiving that I heard on the radio... Open the turkey bag, take the stuff out, pour a bottle of white wine over the turkey in a roasting pan, cook the turkey at 350 until the timer pops out, every time you think about it or walk past the oven baste the turkey with the wine/juices. If the skin starts to brown too much towards the end, make a tent over the darkest skin with aluminum foil. Super easy
My cooking tragedies
A cheesecake/brownie bar mixture that didn't quite set up. It tasted great but looked like cheesecake brownie soup :-)

Linguine with White Clam Sauce I
Very easy and quick and yummy. I also thickened the sauce with just a little bit of flour and added parmesan while it was cooking.
