These cookies are awesome. Hershey had a pepperment kiss out last Christmas, and I used those by putting them on top of the cookies as they were coming out of the oven. They melted and kind of made a circle of mint chocolate on the top. Then, after they had cooled, the mint was kind of chewy. Awesome. I couldnt stop eating them. I actually bought several bags of the kissed so I could continue making them throughout the year. They are fabulous. Im hoping Hershey has them again this year.
