Yummy!

I used 2 washington and 4 granny smith apples, as those were what i had on hand. Made this using the french pastry pie crust recipe on this site. Quite easy to prepare, and doesnt taste like an apple pie, tastes better, as i dont fancy apple pies; but this was an exception.

easy to make, and turns out wonderful every time. I like the fact that it only needs to rest for 10 mins in the refrigerator, unlike other recipes, where the chilling time is longer.
