Creole Tuna
This took about five minutes to make. I paired it with a bag of steam in the microwave rices with veggies in it. Delicious. I made it for my daughter and I so I cut the Creole in half so it wouldn't be to spicy for her. Also she and I ate all of this by ourselves so either we are healthy eaters or 4 servings is a little off.

Quinoa Side Dish
Family loved and so did I. I had to use dry parsley and thyme and chicken broth, that is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars, because I didn't make it exactly the same.

B's Cordon Bleu Bundles
Ok, I hate people that do this but the base/idea of this recipe is good and I had to use different ingredients to use what I have. I used garlic butter crescent rolls, bacon and mozzerella cheese. I cooked the chicken in italian dressing and crisped the bacon first. So tasty!
