Clone of a Cinnabon
I've made this a couple of times now, and it always gets many compliments, even though I've never made it with the frosting. I found that the rolls were too sweet for my liking, so I cut down the sugar by about 1/4 cup and added 3 tbsp of cinnamon powder instead of 2.5. Do remember that it is important you roll the dough tightly to prevent the filling from leaking out as much as possible. Also, a nice idea for beautifully shaped rolls is to let them rise in a muffin cup, so it rises nice and round. Enjoy!

Creamy Broccoli Soup
This was really fuss-free and yet delicious! My dad grimaced when I told him that it was broccoli soup but after tasting it he said it was very tasty! Will definitely make again. I thought the 1 cup of cheese was sooo sinful so to make this soup a little healthier, you can cut down on the cheese (I added only about 2 tablespoons because my family tends to like soups that are not overly cloying. This makes the texture less thick but I think it still tastes superb!

Bee Lian's Rich Orange Cake
I made these into cupcakes and they were really flavourful and satisfying :) I used the juice and zest of two sunkist oranges, which means around 2/3 cup of orange juice and 2 tbsp of zest. The taste was just perfect, not overly cloying on the orange and wonderfully sponge-like. I'll definitely make this again! One thing for those cupcake makers to take note though: they don't rise much, so you would probably like to fill it more than 2/3.
