I am a young working professional, wife and new mom! I have own my own company, a relocation consulting business and it keeps me very busy. My beautiful baby boy Noah keeps me even busier. Cooking for me started out as a way to relieve the stress from a hard working day. Now, I cook for my family with love. I put Noah in his rocker on the counter so he can watch and learn about different foods! Cooking is a way for me to keep myself and my family healthy. I love sharing new foods and tastes with the boys. My husband is amazing and trys everything I make. I hope that over the next years to come I will continue to get better!
My favorite things to cook
I love using the slow cooker. My favorite dishes so far have been some French beef roasts, roast chicken and potatoes, pork roasts, any type of eggs, and I love baking. Anything from cookies, to toffee!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Quiche is a favorite family dish that my mom would make growing up.
My cooking triumphs
My husband is from England so learning to try and cook a good English meal has been a goal of mine. I have been learning to make Bangers and Mash, Yorkshire Pudding, Beef Wellington, Triffle, English Pudding and Bacon Wrapped Sausages.
My cooking tragedies
My cooking tragedy so far has been green quiche when I blended the spinach and green onions too much and too long and came out with a very green quiche.
