Irish Champ
Easy to make, and very filling. But lacks something in flavor. Not really sure how to fix it though and it still be authentic.

Irish Boxty
Easy to make, especially if you use frozen shredded hashbrowns. It could use something to add to the flavor, and that was after I added some onion powder. Maybe some fresh onions or green onions would help. Will try next time.

Beef and Irish Stout Stew
Very good flavor, and very filling. However the serving sizes were off. We added extra meat and stuff and barely fed four people. I would double the recipe automatically.
