Asparagus, Chicken and Penne Pasta

Nice recipe but WAY too spicy for us. I guess cooking the pepper flakes in the oil with the garlic really intensified them. I used some shrimp that I had instead of chicken and ended up adding a can of diced tomatoes to cut the heat a little.

Excellent recipe. Used a bottle of Sam Adams Light I had in the fridge. Will definitely make again.

Easy Chicken Posole

This was a good recipe that made tons of leftovers. I ended up using dry hominy and could've cooked it a little longer but it was perfect on day two!
