Really easy and really good. I was looking for a recipe similar to this because my dad used to make this for me when I was a kid. This recipe seemed to be the closest I could find and it turned out exactly the way I remember he used to make it. One of my friends dropped by and he ate two plates of it. Very yummy, easy and filling.

MMMMM... Brownies

These were so fun to make-and really really good. My fiance is going to love me forever because of these brownies. He loves rich sweets that you need a glass of milk with-and I had to hide these from him. I will never ever use a box mix for brownies-these were easy and so good.

Chinese Chews II

Yummy-I made these for a church potluck and everyone loved them. At least four people asked me for the recipe. They were so easy too! And they look pretty! I had several friends call me up and say, "Can you bring me one of those thingys that you had the other day? They were so delicious!" Come on now, every cook wants to hear that!

The Best Banana Bread

Never Fail Meatloaf

I made this for my fiance who loves meatloaf. He loved it. I did make a few substitutions though, I didn't use barbeque sauce, I used ketchup and about half the brown sugar. It was really easy to make and my fiance ate it up like it was the best thing he ever tasted.

Chewiest Brownies

These were really cakey, and I was specifically looking for a chewy brownie recipe. But they still turned out delicious. My fiance loved them and I ate them as well but will still look around for another chewy recipe.

Chicken Enchiladas with Creamy Green Chile Sauce

I made these for a dinner party my fiance and I were throwing at our house. They were a big hit. My fiance said that they were the best enchiladas he's ever had, and he's picky when it comes to food. I used a few spoons of cream cheese because someone ate half the sour cream out of our fridge and didn't mention it to me before I went shopping. So I used about 3/4 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup cream cheese. Delicious! Thanks so much for this recipe!
