Baked Ziti I

Very easy recipe. I followed it to the T, except I made homemade sauce. My kids love it and it makes enough to reheat the next night for supper.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Good recipe. I got three loaves out of this but filled the pan too full and had a hard time getting them done. Loved the flavor and will make again.

Buttermilk Pie I

I didn't like this but my husband did so I guess I will just make it for him. Had a bitter taste to me. I also realized u need a deep dish pie crust or u will have too much filling.

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

I loved this pizza. Made it just by the recipe and it was great. I liked it with the blue cheese but think I will try ranch next time to see how that is.

Was not impressed at all. It had a good flavor even if it was very rich. I baked it for 90 min and it still came out soggy. I think if I try it again I will cut the sugar back by 1/4 or 1/2 cup and maybe cut the milk back too.

Easy Chicken Enchiladas

Really enjoyed these! The kids loved them. I doubled the recipe. When I did I used 1 8oz pack of cream cheese and enchilada sauce instead of salsa. I also took other peoples advice and cooked them then put the cheese on to melt. Can't wait to make them again.

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

I made two batches of this. The first one I cooked the minumium amout of time and it was chewy. The second batch was perfect cooked at the max amount of time.

Sex in a Pan II

Easy Corn and Crab Chowder

FANTASTIC! Made it just by the recipe only tripled it. Next time I will double but that is the ONLY change. It's good reheated and topped with cheese. May have to add milk when reheating. I tried this again over the weekend and found that u can use frozen hashbrowns instead of washing and cutting up potatoes. So much easier!

Hot Crab Dip

I loved this recipe! I can't wait to fix it again. I cut the recipe in half to make sure we liked it, but next time I make it I will make the whole thing. I had a little left and it was as good reheated as it was fressh out of the oven. I served it with pilsbury french bread. It was great.

Potato (Velveeta®) Cheese Soup

Very easy to prepare for a week night supper. I cut back on the cajun seasoning to one teaspoon only because my husband doesn't like spicy food and I used onion powder instead of onion because my children don't like onion. My younger shild, the picky eater, couldn't stop talking about how good it was and she ate two helpings. I will make this again and often.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

This was FANTASTIC!! I'm the only one at my house who likes buffalo sauce so I made this for me and can't wait to make it again. The only complaint I had is that it is really salty. I think next time I will try to find a low sodium sauce.

Simple Ranchy Breaded Fish Fillets

I think this recipe would be better if the ranch and bread crumbs were mixed and u only coated the fish with oil instead of trying to use the paste. When I made it the paste was too thick and the flavor of the ranch was way to strong when cooked. I will try it again and see if I can tame the flavor a little.

3-Cheese Pasta Bake

I thought this recipes would be great and before I wrote this review I tried it several times. I just can' seem to make it anything more than average. I tried to use cheeder cheese soup mix and different blends of cheese and could get it to taste just right. It always had a tangy taste to it. I will make it on occasion to try to get it right, but wasn't one of my favorites.
