Rhubarb Dream Bars
Loved this one!!! I followed the advice, and only used 2 cups of sugar, and I added a little allspice to the rhubarb. Will certainly be making this one again! I also baked it for an extra 10 minutes, came out perfectly.

Enchilada Casserole II
Tasty, but a little dry, next time I will add a layer of corn, and add some green pepper to the hamburger mix. I used corn tortillas, too, and was pleased with the results.

Banana Cream Pie I
I too used vanilla wafer crumbs for the pie shell, and made a meringue with the egg whites. It's fantastic!
