Brunch Egg Bake
I made this for a brunch party last weekend and it was a huge hit - every last bit was eaten. Very easy! I reduced the amount of cheese to a little less than 2 cups of each kind, used Morningstar Farms veggie sausage instead of the ham (cooked it in the microwave before adding it to the dish to bake), and added some orange pepper in addition to the red. I will definitely be making this recipe again.
