Best Ever Jalapeno Poppers

wonderful!! Definitely better fried than baked. We tried both. The baked ones seemed a little bland add extra spices to the cream cheese mix if baking.

Very good, I did change it a bit. I added more allspice, cloves and cinnimon. Added some motts single serving cinnimon apple sauce for that apple texture, also added some caramel syrup about 2 tbsp. I left the orange and lemon peel in about 20 min or it will get a little bitter.

Pumpkin Pancakes

Very good pancakes. I did add a little extra cinnamon and cook them on a med low as they are pretty thick.My daughter said she wanted to make them, so I let her and the first two she made were black on one side, she said they were not cooking! Well she didn't know that she had to flip them over!!! Totally my fault but I am still laughing about it.

Morning Glory Muffins I

I seriously doubted that these would be very good. They are delicious. I did make a few adjustments. I put 1 1/2 tbsp oil in and then 1 1/2 tbsp almond butter in ( i will try 3 tbsp of almond next time) put 3 tbsp of wheat germ in. no raisins or walnuts (nut allergy) I did half white flour and half wheat. 1/3 cup choc chips (this is why I cut out some of the sugar) 1/4 c white sugar 1/2 cu brown sugar. 1 banana, cut out 1/2 cups of the carots. These were plenty sweet!! Loved it going to add oats next time!
