Morning Glory Muffins I
I seriously doubted that these would be very good. They are delicious. I did make a few adjustments. I put 1 1/2 tbsp oil in and then 1 1/2 tbsp almond butter in ( i will try 3 tbsp of almond next time) put 3 tbsp of wheat germ in. no raisins or walnuts (nut allergy) I did half white flour and half wheat. 1/3 cup choc chips (this is why I cut out some of the sugar) 1/4 c white sugar 1/2 cu brown sugar. 1 banana, cut out 1/2 cups of the carots. These were plenty sweet!! Loved it going to add oats next time!
