This is the best fried chicken I think I have ever had. I only gave it three stars because I had to add more garlic as it was cooking and the coating all feel off as I was cooking the chicken. I used olive oil to fry it in and next time will douple dip the chicken. Overall great recipe with lots of potential

This is AMESOME!!!! I change something to fit what I had in the Kitchen: instead of cider vinager i used soy sauce adn instead of thyme i added a little bit of parsley. My husband and I both agreed that we could easliy eat this over and over again! I can not wait to try this tomorrow with turkey breats!! I HIGHLY recomend! Great Recipe

This was yummy. I did change the recipe a bit: instead of 1 c. Ketchup I use half a can of tomatoe past adn 1/4c. ketchup and i added part brown sugar and part white sugar just to see how it woudl taste. My husbadn said that it was a little too sweet, but i thought thtat it was perfect!
