Chile Pork
Have made 3 times now in dutch oven with just a slight bit of oil in the bottom. This is soooo good. It's a simple meal for us, serve it over white rice in a bowl, sprinkle with cilantro and call it a day. Fresh!

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos
Very very good. Will make again. Made a few changes, but the original recipe probably works perfectly. I just can't help but fiddle with things.

Zippy Rice Pilaf
Make this recipe, as is and you will not be sorry. Easy and flavorful. It will become a favorite, as it has with my family.
