Horseradish Deviled Eggs

This is one of the best deviled egg recipes I've found. My stepmom doesn't even like deviled eggs and she devours these. The eggs always vanish before anything else on the table.

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

I made this frosting to top just a plain old chocolate box cake...and I've never seen a cake disappear so fast in my life. This was the most amazing peanut butter icing ever

Jalapeno Popper Spread

This was REALLY good. I made a few of my own additions...I threw in a cup of sour cream and added 1/2 c shredded swiss to the mix and omitted the tomatoes. It got RAVE reviews! The feta really adds a nice touch.

Seared Tuna with Wasabi-Butter Sauce

This was amazing! I made it for my family with a few minor adjustments. I substituted Light Smart Balance in place of the butter and used only 1/2 a cup instead of a full cup. Also, I served it with the pineapple salsa that one of the other reviewers recommended...pair it with some jasmine rice and some wilted spinach and it was a meal made in heaven. My family didn't even guess that it was healthy!

Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi

Wow! This recipe was phenomenal. My boyfriend and his roommate both went back for seconds. I added a bit more coconut than the recipe called for and left the fruit in the sauce to act as a sort of chutney. I served it with tropical jasmine rice cooked in chicken broth and coconur milk and topped with crushed pineapple and green onions and a side green salad. Yummy!!!

World's Best Lasagna

All I can say is wow...I threw some American cheese in with the mozarella to change things up and, yeah, wow. I've never gotten so many compliments on my lasagna before. Terrific!!!

Chicken Divan

This recipe was really pretty good. I substituted one of the cans of cream of chicken soup for a can of cream of mushroom soup. We weren't a big fan of the mushrooms that were called for, so next time I think I'll omit them all together. Also, I think I'll mix the cheese in with the soup/mayonaise mixture rather than putting it on top. But all in all, pretty good

Fettuccine Alfredo V

Oh my goodness...this makes the most amazing alfredo sauce. So creamy and rich. I used a mixture of romano, asiago, and parmesan cheese and used a little less than called for. I also added a sprinkling of red pepper flakes to break up some of the richness of the sauce. I thought I was in heaven!
