Wonderful! I thought I had to give up alfredo since I am trying to eat better but I will say that I made this with I can't believe it's not butter lite and lite cream cheese, skim milk and it was still awesome! Yum ! Thanks!

Fresh Broccoli Salad

We love this salad in the summer! We don't add nuts but instead add cauliflower, light mayo and Splenda. It is light, pretty and such a yummy way to get your veggies!!!

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

I had a frozen plain cheese pizza that I wanted to doctor and some leftover chicken. WOW! Made blue cheese dressing and added more cheese on top. Perfect, fast and yummo!

Tantalizing Turkey and Blue Cheese Meatballs

Wow. Amazing. I did not change one thing. Everyone should try it before changing it. I can't think of anything to make it better! Thanks! But yes, please do use non stick pan or really spray your foil because they will stick.

Fish Tacos

Amazing! I had always wanted to try a fish taco and I'm sure glad it was this one. All I had was flour tortillas and lettuce instead of cabbage and it was wonderful. Next time ( maybe after he brings in more fish tonight ) I'll make sure to try it with corn and cabbage. I LOVED the sauce. Thanks!

Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

Great recipe! I used turkey sausage, all colors of peppers, two different kinds of onions, and lots of red peppers flakes. We could not stop eating this. I guess I will have no leftovers for tomorrow. I guess I will just have to make it again! Thanks!

Irish Chicken and Dumplings

I was looking for a stew recipe and came across this. Other than using chicken broth in place of water and choosing to have buscuits on the side instead of in the stew, wow, so very good! The soups gave it a creamy rich tasting gravy that we just loved! Made the house smell good for hours! Thanks!

Yummy! Very good! The only thing I have a problem with is people who change half the ingredients ( in lots of recipes on this site ) and then say the recipe isn't any good. How the heck would they know????

Vegetable Pizza I

We love this stuff at our parties. My kids that hate veggies even like it. I always add onion because it gives it more flavor. Also, Light Miracle Whip intead of mayo. Very colorful and YUMMY !!

Pineapple Cookies II

My sister has been making these cookies for years and they are the first ones to go at bake sales!! The only thing she does different is adds a butter cream icing to them! Wonderful!!!
